Mike Flaherty (played by Paul Giamitti) is a family man with a struggling elder law practice. In his free time, he coaches a terrible high school wrestling team and listens to his friend Terry complain about his divorce. Money’s been tight, so when a paid opportunity to be the guardian of a retiree, Leo, (in early stages of dementia) presents itself, Mike steps into the role. He thinks it will be simple: He’ll take the money, but put Leo into a home, where he’ll be cared for properly. One day, Leo’s teenage grandson Kyle shows up on his grandpa’s doorstep, eager to get away from his drug-addicted mother. Mike and his wife (played by the wonderful Amy Adams) take Kyle in and discover that he’s a championship wrestler.  A great movie for Father’s Day weekend, Win Win is a comedy about how hard and crazy-making being a father can be, but how sweet too. (Appropriate for adults and teens.)
