Sunday is Pentecost, a celebration of the coming of the Holy Sprit, and the end of Easter. Pentecost is a joyful feast, and a sure sign that warm weather has returned. Celebrate by bringing a little summer into your home with fresh garden foods, friends, music, or brightly colored flowers in a vase. On Saturday, Pentecost-eve, gather all the ingredients for this delicious summer salad that even your kids will love.
