Father’s Day is this Sunday June 19th. Consider writing your dad a real letter describing in detail one of the kindest or most meaningful things he ever did for you. Don’t forget to describe how it made you feel. Not all father’s are biological. It might be worthwhile to write a note to some of the other fathers in your life: a grandfather, a coach, a stepfather, a friend’s dad, a godfather, anyone who was there for you when you were growing up. Men who are willing to sacrifice for their kids, biological or otherwise, over and over, day after day, deserve to be celebrated. Write your dad a note.
